Our engineer completes the annual checks, cleaning and testing included in your plan.
5. Your Service Is Recorded
A digital record is created, giving you a clear history of the maintenance completed.
What Happens During Your Annual Air Conditioning Service?
Our engineer will examine your indoor and outdoor equipment, clean the filters and assess how the system is operating. We’ll check relevant electrical components, inspect the condensate drainage and review the system’s overall performance.
Refrigerant performance will also be assessed to identify signs that the system isn’t working as expected. Once the service is complete, we’ll update your digital service record and let you know if anything requires further attention.
We explain our findings clearly. If additional work is recommended, you’ll understand what the issue is and why it needs to be addressed.
