Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By booking or engaging with RCB
Plumbing Ltd, you agree to these terms.
The most recent version will always apply. Updates may be made periodically when we introduce
new services, change how we operate, or comply with legal requirements.

4. Terminology

3 Engineer / Tradesperson – our appointed representatives
We reserve the right to decline work and appoint engineers at our discretion.
5. Hourly Rate Work
1 Labour including collection of materials
2 Materials (retail + 20% margin)
We reserve the right to decline work and appoint engineers at our discretion.
6. Fixed Price Work
Fixed prices are confirmed in writing and may change due to additional work, price increases,
hidden issues, or errors.
Only written estimates are valid.
7. Offers & Incentives
Promotions may be offered and cannot be combined unless stated.
8. Material Collection
1 Chargeable if non-stock
2 Kept minimal
3 45+ mins notified
4 One engineer may leave site
9. Payment
1 50% deposit minimum
2 Balance on completion
3 4% interest on overdue invoices
4 Customer responsible for payment
10. Timekeeping
4-hour arrival window with notice. No liability for delays beyond control.
11. Cancellation
1 48 hours notice required
2 14-day cooling off (unless waived)
3 Charges may apply for late cancellations or materials
12. Satisfaction
Notify within 12 months. We will inspect and rectify if appropriate.
13. Guarantee
1 12-month labour guarantee
2 Manufacturer warranties apply
Guarantee void if tampered, misused, or repairs declined.
14. Liability
We are only liable for our work. Not responsible for third-party work, hidden faults, or declined
recommendations.
Electrical Components
We are not liable for faults after electrical isolation (e.g. PCB failures).
Aged Components
We are not responsible for failures of aged valves or fittings.
System Condition
We are not responsible for failures of aged valves or fittings.
Access
Customer must provide safe access. Not liable for hidden services.
Delays
No liability for delays beyond control.
Gas Safety
Customer responsible for hazardous situations. Engineers operate under Gas Safe rules.
15. Title to Goods
Goods remain ours until paid. We may recover unpaid goods.
16. General
Governed by English law. Changes must be in writing.
Customer-Supplied Equipment
We recommend using our materials. Not responsible for faults or delays from customer items.
Cancellation & Waiver
You may cancel within 14 days unless work begins early.

System Flushing Disclaimer
Flushing removes sludge using Powerflush, Mainsflush, and MagnaCleanse systems.
